Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 4231

The general was extremely agitated as he spoke. "I'm guessing that that person probably went to send a message."

Lord Kenny could hardly contain his excitement at the news. He waved his hands. "Where is he? Bring him in."

The general hurried out of the tent before reappearing quickly with a figure in tow. The man dressed like a wanderer; he had a relaxed expression. It seemed like his skill level was pretty admirable as well.

The man's name was Henry Lowe, one of the Spirit Home Sect members. The Spirit Home Sect was a small sect in the North Moana continent, but all its members were fierce purveyors of justice. They immediately volunteered their aid when they knew that the New World Royals were going to the North Moana Continent.

"Who are you?"

Lord Kenny sized Henry up and asked coldly, "What were you doing leaving the royal city so late? Tell the truth."

Lord Kenny's expression was dark as he spoke, radiating the air of royalty.

Henry merely smirked in response, and he spoke without any fear. "I'm a wanderer in this world, and I like to get my fair share of curious sights. What's wrong with leaving the royal city late at night?"

Henry stared Lord Kenny dead in the eye. "You must be that New World Emperor. You started a war, playing with fate and wreaking havoc on innocent civilians. I advise you to let me go immediately, lest you regret it."

Lord Kenny could hardly contain his fury.

'That's a mouthy one. How dare he disrespect me, the great New World Emperor like that?'

"How dare you!"

The general could not help but let out a cry as well. Then, he landed a fierce kick onto the backs of Henry's knees that sent him into a kneeling position immediately.

"You're nothing more than a bunch of thieves and robbers; you have no right to kidnap me." Henry had indignance written all over his face as he cried out.

Lord Kenny did not bother to question him further. He waved his hands dismissively. "Search him."

The general hurried forward and patted Henry down. At last, he managed to retrieve a letter.

Henry's initially calm expression paled in an instant.

A mysterious woman had given him that letter. He was to give it to the Hidden Hero Sect so they could render help. He had not expected to be captured as soon as he left the royal city to deliver it.

Henry did not panic, nor did he think he would be let go if he told them the truth about his real identity. After all, he was not one of the North Moana royal guards. He did not think the letter would be discovered.
