Jedidiah's face darkened as he stared at Khloris and said in a disappointed tone, "Deputy Sect Master, you've saved my life before, and I'll always remember that. But your actions today have really let me down."
Jedidiah was unwilling to believe that Khloris was such an easy woman.
However, under his two disciples' convincing assumptions, it was hard not to believe that Khloris' relationship with her named disciple was purely platonic.
"Sect Master, you—"
Khloris felt angry and wronged. She looked at Jedidiah with shock as she asked, "You don't believe me?"
Jedidiah sighed and shook his head as he ordered Diego and the rest, "Take Khloris down and put her in the water dungeon."
Jedidiah looked over at Darryl with disdain. "As for the named disciple, kill him."
"Yes, Sect Master!"
Diego, Sienna, and the rest of the disciples answered as they charged toward Darryl.
Diego and Sienna were ecstatic. They looked at Darryl with eyes that sparkled with satisfaction.
'How incredible could that man be if he eventually ended up in our hands anyway?'
"Hey, b*stard! I could care less about what you want with the Sword Sect. Die!"
Diego roared as he drew his sword. With a godly speed, he struck directly at Darryl.
The air twisted where the sword struck. It was apparent that Diego packed a hundred percent of his internal energy in that strike.
Then, Sienna roared as she charged toward Darryl with her sword.
Darryl chuckled as he stood in place as calm as still water.
"You think you could take me down? The two of you?" Darryl said as his eyes darkened. He summoned his fairy soul power, and with the speed of lightning, he dodged Diego's strike and appeared before Sienna as he smacked her sword off her hands!
Sienna's ability was top-ranked in the Sword Sect, but it was incomparable to Darryl's. She did not even have time to blink before her sword was struck off her hands.
Before Sienna could react, Darryl raised his palm and slapped her across the face twice. Her face was red and swollen as she collapsed onto the ground.
