The young man got impatient. He called out to the girl, "That's enough. Enough of that nonsense. We have to look for Master."
That creep with a face full of marks pissed him off the longer he looked at him. It was better to leave him as soon as possible.
However, the girl had grown fond of Darryl, and she refused to leave.
"Sir!"
The girl called out to Darryl with utmost passion and warmth. "My name's Yolanda. That is Sergio. You've helped us chase those wolves away, and we still don't know your name or where you're from!"
"Oh, me?"
Darryl pondered briefly before answering with a smile, "My name's Dart. I'm just a nobody wanderer."
Darryl would never tell them his real identity in that state, so he gave the name he used at the Sword Sect.
Dart!
Yolanda pondered that name for a few seconds before she smiled and nodded. "That's a pretty special name. You must have been to so many places and seen so many things. No wonder you know how to speak to animals!"
A thought seemed to come to Yolanda. She asked, "Where are you off to next?"
Darryl exhaled lightly to himself. He smiled and said, "Oh, I'm just wandering around."
Darryl remembered something as well. An unreadable expression crept onto his face. He said, "Oh, right. You said that your master was kidnapped. What happened?"
Darryl did not wish to be so nosy. However, Yolanda was far too adorable and likable, and he could not hold back.
At the mention of her master, Yolanda let out a great sigh. Her exquisite features were laced with sadness. "My master's name is Caprihaze, and he's one of the greatest healers ever. A few days ago, we went herb-picking with him when a group of men clad in black blocked our path. They asked my master's name and seized him right after."
Yolanda's eyes reddened as worry crept onto her face. "I don't know where my master is now or if he's in any danger."
So that was what had happened?
Darryl froze when he heard it.
Darryl did not know that the Five Poison Sect members had taken Caprihaze.
"Group Sister!"
