Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 4600

Darryl lowered his voice and said, "This is an urgent situation. We can't leave until we deceive Master Magaera. I have no choice but to say that."

He looked earnest when he said that.

Morticia had been furious when she heard that, but she gradually calmed down.

Darryl was right, but how could she utter those words?

Morticia was ashamed and angry. That man had taken her virginity, and she had to call him her husband?

After a few seconds of hesitation, Morticia finally compromised. She said gently, "Husband." Then, her delicate face reddened in shyness.

She was extremely unwilling to call Darryl her husband, but she had no choice. She could not stay there for too long. The longer she waited, the more disadvantageous it would be to her.

Darryl nodded with a smile; he felt happy.

He did not expect the once arrogant and cold Fiend Martyr would be so shy. The way she called him husband was quite pleasant.

Darryl looked at Master Magaera and said respectfully, "Lord General, can I leave now?"

Master Magaera nodded and said, "Okay, but I have one last question."

"Please ask away!"

"Since you are going home to visit your family, why is there no soldier escorting you?" Master Magaera asked slowly.

Even though the General's position was not high, he would not go home without taking a few soldiers to accompany him.

Darryl scratched his head and quickly thought about it. He replied, "Lord General, there is a Fiend Martyr in the Blazing Sun Gate today. All the guards are still searching for the Fiend Martyr, so I can't bring anyone with me. My family issue is not a big deal. It is more important to catch that Fiend Martyr."

Darryl looked serious when he said that.

He was so smart that his answer was flawless.

Master Magaera also nodded in approval. "Well, you're right. It's a matter of great importance to catch the Fiend Martyr. Well, you can leave now."

Morticia and Darryl sighed in relief.
