Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 4645

Princess Sheila was not nervous even though she realized that Prince Auten was unhappy. She stuck her tongue mischievously.

"Auten, you're not the Emperor. Why must I curtsy to you?"

"You—" Prince Auten was furious. His bratty sister sure knew how to touch on his sore spot.

Princess Heidi smiled bitterly and shook her head. That brother and sister duo had been arch nemesis since they were young. They bicker every time they see each other. It was troubling.

Then, Empress Heidi said, "Okay, enough. You two are siblings. Not enemies."

When they heard what their mother said, the siblings shut up.

"Sheila!"

Empress Heidi exhaled gently, smiled, and asked, "Let me ask you something; answer me honestly."

"What is it?" Sheila asked distractedly, playing with her fingers.

Empress Heidi thought for a while before saying, "You have been sticking to Aurin for the past few days. What do you know about his master?"

When Empress Heidi mentioned Darryl, Princess Sheila was infuriated. She pouted and said, "I don't know anything about that white-bearded old man."

She was still furious when she thought about how Prince Aurin had forced her to apologize.

Empress Heidi was stunned for a while, but she did not give up. "Just now, at the Beast Enclosure, what did the Barely Immortal teach Aurin for him to tame Shakun?"

Princess Sheila had stood by their side. She should know something about it.

Empress Heidi had made a decision. As long as she found any evidence that could prove that Shakun's violence was caused by the Barely Immortal, she would not be merciful with him.

Prince Auten also looked at Princess Sheila closely, anticipating her answer.

Princess Sheila furrowed her brows. She tried hard to recall it. She said, "I don't know anything. The old man said something to Aurin discreetly, and he just rushed forward."

Princess Sheila still did not know that Darryl had given Prince Aurin a pendant.

He said a few words? Was it that simple?
