Darryl smiled. "Don't worry. It's just curious about you!"
Then, Darryl spoke to the Crazy Sphinx in beast language. "That man is famous in the world of cultivators and is useful to me. So, don't think about attacking him?"
"Yes, Beast Lord." The Crazy Sphinx looked at Marvin sadly and restrained his killing intent.
Gulp!
Marvin was shocked to see Darryl communicating with the Crazy Sphinx in beast language. 'Mister Darryl did not brag. He really can communicate with the beast. That's incredible.'
'Who would believe it if they had not seen it for themselves?'
Shocked, Marvin asked cautiously, "Mister Darryl, where are we going next? Why don't we return to meet Lady Tigas?"
Darryl pondered that and said, "Let's go back in a few days. I plan to search around the ruins of other sects for any abandoned formations."
The sound of horse hooves could be heard from the main road nearby as he spoke. Darryl, Marvin, and the Crazy Sphinx swiftly hid in the trees next to them without any thought.
Then dozens of cultivators appeared to be rushing west.
Those that left were quickly followed by others who rushed in the same direction.
'What happened?'
Darryl frowned and could not help but ask, "Why are they suddenly so many cultivators? Did something happen?"
Darryl had been a cultivator for a long time, and based on the circumstances, he assumed something important had occurred.
"I am not certain either." Marvin shook his head and flicked his eyes as he pondered something. "Oh, yes. The Three Major Sects appear to have convened a Martial Convention recently."
