Looking at how ignorant Kendra was, Darryl smiled and shook his head.
'What an ignorant woman.'
"Owooo… Owooo…"
The Garans started howling. They ran over to stop Kendra from leaving and blocked the main hall's entrance.
The enchanted beasts had high intelligence. When they saw Kendra pointing her sword at Darryl, they knew she was not Darryl's friend but his enemy.
Even though Darryl did not give them the instruction, the Garans ran over simultaneously to stop Kendra from leaving.
As Kendra was held back, the Garan leader respectfully spoke to Darryl while looking at Kendra with stone-cold eyes.
"Royal Master, how do you wish to punish this woman who dared to offend you earlier?"
Darryl smiled and replied in beast language, "Don't hurt her. She's a bad woman but not so bad that she needs to die. You can just give her a scare."
As Kendra was stopped by the Garans, she became shocked and scared. Only then did she realize that her judgment was extremely wrong.
The beasts were not without aggression. Her legs were wobbly as she heard the Garan leader howl. She thought the Garan leader was howling at her, but he was actually communicating with Darryl.
'Oh no!'
She nearly cried as she was terrified that it could be the last day of her life. She knew she could never defeat so many beasts by herself.
While in a panicked state, Kendra noticed Darryl's situation, and she was petrified. There was disbelief in her eyes.
She saw that the Garans did not surround Darryl nor look fiercely at him. Instead, they were in awe of him.
