After making up his mind, Antigonus returned to the office to change his clothes. It was inappropriate to join the tournament while wearing his office suit.
As he opened his office door, he furrowed his brow and looked at his table cautiously. A woman sat on the chair behind the table. She had exquisite facial features and an attractive figure. Her face was slightly stone-cold, like the orchid that blossomed in the Empty Valley.
It was Yvonne.
A few days ago, she discovered her sister's spirit energy was drawn. After understanding the situation, the first person she suspected was Antigonus. That was the reason she decided to pay him a visit.
Antigonus had a quick reaction. He sat on the couch and asked, "Who are you? You must be a cultivator since you could enter my office without alarming the bodyguard."
As the supreme leader of the fiend race, he had seen many great upheavals, and seeing a woman suddenly appear in his office was not enough to shock him.
Yvonne frowned as she saw how calm Antigonus was. In her imagination, she expected the Young Master Lambert to be either shocked or angry because of her intrusion into his office, but she never expected him to be so calm.
She exhaled slowly and said, "I guess you aren't really Young Master Lambert since you're so calm."
A ray of sneakiness flashed through Antigonus' eyes. He smiled and did not say anything in return.
The next line from Yvonne caught him by surprise. Yvonne stood up and glared at Antigonus.
"Hackett! I'm sure you know who Brie Gumbel is. She's my sister. I'm here to ask if you're related to her spirit energy being drawn away?"
Her eyes were cold, and she held back from attacking Hackett. Before she came over, she had found a little information about Hackett. Thus, she knew that he had never joined any sect, nor was he a cultivator.
That was why she was confident Hackett was not the one who drew Brie's spirit energy, but he was related to it.
