Motherf*cker!
Forsythe flared up in anger instantly as he stood up, meeting Antigonus' gaze fearlessly. Then, he roared, "How dare you talk to me like this? Do you know who I am?"
"You know your stuff, I'll give you that, for being able to recognize the Blood Fiend Bead. Ha, what about it then? Listen up— your life is in my hands now, and you'll have to do as I say. Got it?"
To tell the truth, Forsythe had been greatly surprised when Antigonus had recognized the bead.
Upon further thought, Skylar had come up against many elites from sects all around the world when he wreaked havoc upon mankind a year ago as the leader of the Fiend race.
Perhaps Sir Lambert had been one of the elites in the battle, and that was why he had recognized the bead.
It hardly mattered. What mattered was that Antigonus had already consumed the poisoned tea, and Forsythe would have the upper hand over him.
Buzz!
Just as his words rang through the air, all Forsythe could feel was a terrifyingly strong aura exploding from Antigonus' figure, enveloping him all at once.
What a strong force.
Forsythe gasped to himself. That man's power seemed even stronger than his Empress, but that was alright. Since the tea had been spiked, the poison would only travel through his body faster the more he used his internal energy.
At the thought, Forsythe smirked coldly. "You've got some guts, daring to use force with me. Do you know who you're coming up against?"
A powerful aura exploded from Forsythe's figure as the words rang through the air. He raised a hand, bringing it down onto Antigonus. Under Morticia's guidance, Forsythe's power had improved tremendously in the past few months; he was in the late stages of Heaven Ascension.
To Forsythe, Sir Lambert was undoubtedly a powerful man, but he had been poisoned. Nevertheless, Forsythe was confident he would be able to take him down within less than a minute.
"Hoho…"
Seeing Forsythe strike, Antigonus flashed a mocking smile as he raised a palm to meet his blow.
