To the leader of the patrol team, Ambrose and Neil were small fries who sneaked onto the island. Therefore, they were not qualified to meet the Empress.
Moreover, the Empress had transferred the commanding power to a new man. She planned to take the time to rest and raise her child for a long time in the future. There would be no time for her to see some strangers.
Ambrose's irritation flared when he saw how arrogant the leader of the small patrol team was. Rage overtook Neil as he stared at the leader of the patrol team and reprimanded, "Have some respect. He's the Master of the Elysium Gate!"
An uproar began. Everyone from the Sea Dragon Palace stared at Ambrose closely while feeling shocked.
'No wonder he has such a strong temperament. He's the Master of the Elysium Gate, son of Darryl—the hero of The Nine Mainland.'
Like the others, the patrol team leader was shocked too. A few seconds later, he sneered and said in disdain, "So what? No wonder how grand or superb you are, you'll still have to abide by the rules of Dragon King Island. The same goes for Darryl."
He looked at Ambrose and then Neil, "If you want to see the Empress, you have to give us your weapons and have your hands and legs tied up. Do you understand?"
Ambrose and Neil looked at each other and laughed out loud. Their fathers were famous heroes. There was no way that they would volunteer to be captives.
Ambrose chuckled, and he looked around until his sight was set on the patrol team leader. "Haha! What if we refuse?"
He gripped his Tyrant Hammer tightly.
The patrol team leader could not be bothered and waved his hand. "Capture them! Everyone, capture them and don't let them escape!"
The hundreds of people from the Sea Dragon Palace pulled out their long swords and urged their internal energy to attack Ambrose and Neil. They used to be notorious and ruthless pirates before joining the Sea Dragon Palace.
