Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 5376

As he spoke, Adam's gaze flashed with unconcealed greed.

Whew…

Sam could not help but gasp in shock as he said, “Are you suggesting we… kill him later, Master?"

Sam had been there back when the sects had formed a temporary alliance, where Adam had taken down everyone in pursuit of the position of alliance leader.

That was how Sam knew how powerful Adam was. He felt slightly uneasy about seeing his Master make a move to kill the man. He knew that one out of two parties was bound to get hurt.

Zacho may be powerful, but it definitely was not going to be easy for him to take Adam's life.

Zacho frowned at the look on Sam's face, saying impatiently, "Foolish. Adam's in the right state. He's bound to fight with his life if we try to strike head-on. We'll have to attack in secret if we're going to kill him."

As he spoke, Zacho looked at the night sky before him and continued, "I noticed that Adam seemed on the verge of entering a psychotic break, so there's no need for us to do anything. All we have to do is wait for him to enter a psychotic break before we barge in. Then, we land a fatal blow."

As he spoke, Zacho's expression was nothing but smug.

The place was extremely secluded, making it nearly impossible for anyone to discover the truth even if they came across the body.

Realization dawned on Sam's face as he smiled in awe.

"Oh, that's what you meant, Master. You really are a genius! Adam looked so scary earlier. I wasn't able to tell at all. If that's the case, he's got to be in this state because of Darryl Darby."

Sam's gaze flashed as he continued. "Do you reckon we should move things about a little and leave some clues behind? Make people think that Darryl killed Adam."

Sam followed Zacho for many years, and he was every bit of a bastard as his master was.

Haha…

Zacho lit up at the suggestion, clapping his hands delightedly. "Very well, that's a wonderful idea. We'll do exactly as you suggested."
