As the words rang through the air, Zacho let out a crazed laugh, his eyes flashing wildly. "Haha! Adam Bedford, I've finally witnessed your true colors."
As he spoke, Zacho's gaze turned impossibly cold. "A second-class sect will always be garbage, and it'll never stand even the slightest chance at replacing the big sects to be the pillars of the wandering world.
"Your Art of Grand Brightness may be powerful, but the cultivation methods of the North Sea Galaxy are not to be underestimated either.
"You'll pay for killing my beloved pupil!"
As the final word rang through the air, a terrifying aura exploded from Zacho. In the blink of an eye, the air in the cave constricted as Zacho drew his long sword at the speed of lightning to pierce it in Adam's direction.
Oh?
Sensing Zacho's speed and the internal energy that burst from him, Adam's expression darkened. He did not dodge the blow, instead calling upon the Art of Grand Brightness to form a flame shield in front of him.
Rumble!
The next second, the long sword collided heavily against the shield as a suffocating aura filled the air. Both Adam and Zacho let out a dull hum, stumbling backwards several steps.
Upon picking himself back up, Adam stared intently at Zacho as he marveled to himself.
The sect master of one of the three biggest sects indeed had a good set of skills.
F*ck…
Zacho was in shock as well. Adam had almost entered a psychotic break moments ago, but he was still able to explode with such terrifying energy.
The ways of the True Flame Sect were quite something.
Amidst his shock, Zacho's gaze flashed as he tried to calm down. There was no way he was going to leave without the Art of Grand Brightness. He was not only going to avenge the humiliation the North Sea Galaxy suffered hundreds of years ago, but also avenge Sam.
At the thought, Zacho stared Adam down coldly.
"You sure are something for being powerful enough to take my blade."
