"Running away?"
Rachelle snorted coldly, clenched her sword, and chased him down.
Alger used to be a Shaolin Sect disciple and had great strength. In order to run for his life, he sped up to the extreme. However, Rachelle had great power in her body, and her figure was like a meteor, closing the distance quickly.
Damn it!
Alger's eyes were filled with despair as he realized he was about to be caught up.
However, he noticed several golden figures quickly approaching in the air in front of him at that moment.
The figures dressed in golden armor appeared majestic and powerful. They were divine soldiers exploring the surrounding area.
Master Magaera had just ordered his subordinates to look into the whereabouts of Archfiend Antigonus in the area. He divided thousands of elite divine soldiers into countless groups, one of which was in charge of Clearwater Town.
'Those are the Heaven Watcher's divine soldiers!' When Alger saw that group of divine soldiers, he was stunned, then he seemed to have grasped a life-saving straw and yelled, "Help, anyone, help!"
Alger yelled and sped up, hoping to gain the protection of the divine soldiers.
When they heard the scream, several divine soldiers looked over and rushed there.
The next second, the leading soldier frowned at him and asked, "Why are you shouting? What happened?" Those divine soldiers were arrogant and noble, and they disliked interacting with humans.
However, they did not want to miss any clues as it was critical to find out where Archfiend Antigonus went.
Alger exhaled a sigh of relief when he heard that. He pretended to panic while pointing at the woman who was chasing him. "That woman is insane. She wants to kill me. Please help me."
A mad woman?
The soldiers frowned and turned to face Rachelle.
Rachelle had appeared in front of them at that point. She stopped when she noticed Alger hiding behind a few divine soldiers. Her lovely face was filled with a range of complex emotions.
Who were those people in golden armor?
The aura surrounding their bodies was extremely powerful.
Rachelle had never been to the Godly Region and had never seen any divine soldiers or generals, so she had no idea who the enemy was. She was clear, however, that she could not afford to offend those golden armored men.
