As Morticia lamented, she suddenly remembered something and slapped her forehead. 'Why am I feeling sorry for a dead person? I'm trapped here like him too.'
As a result, she exited the dungeon and returned to the secret tunnel above, where she began looking for the exit again. She still had no idea how to escape the secret tunnel half an hour later. She was becoming increasingly worried. Then she used her fairy soul power and shouted, "Where have you gone, baby? Where have you gone, my baby?"
Screams rang out from every direction in the secret tunnel. It echoed over and over.
…
Heather sat in front of the crib in the room above the secret tunnel, daydreaming. She cocked her head and noticed the baby was awake without her knowledge. The infant was staring at her. She thought the baby was adorable.
"You are awake." Heather smiled and carried the baby, wanting to leave the room.
The main hall was still filled with fighting sounds. She had no idea what was happening with Ambrose, Chester, and the others. Then she decided to investigate the situation with the baby.
"Baby, where are you?"
The screaming came from beneath her feet at that precise moment. It was Morticia's voice.
Because of the mother-child bond, the obedient baby began crying after he heard Morticia's yelling.
Heather was taken aback. She comforted the baby. "There, there. Don't cry…"
However, the more she comforted the baby, the louder the baby cried. She attempted to use a different method, but the baby would not stop crying. She was beginning to panic at that point. Meanwhile, her heart began to flutter.
"He is still so small, but he could tell it was his mother shouting for him. Is that their bond?" she talked to herself.
Then she bit her lip and started to struggle.
'Ah, screw it. The child is innocent. Let's not separate the child from his mother.'
Heather finally made up her mind a few seconds later. She carried the baby, opened the secret tunnel's entrance, and walked right into it.
