Perfect Husband, The Destined One novel Chapter 5594

As Yuriel spoke, he pompously sat on the master's seat.

"Heh…" Feeling Yuriel's attitude, Darryl could not help but chuckle.

'How interesting of this general. Master Magaera just left, and he's already parading himself like this."

As he thought, he slowly stood up and spoke, sounding as though flattering the man, "General, I've been injured by the supreme leader of the fiend, and I'd like to rest here for a while."

As he spoke, he quickly thought of an idea.

Initially, he thought Master Magaera would abandon the Hidden Hero Sect for a moment and bring everyone with him after hearing about Antigonus. He did not expect Master Magaera to be so cautious and left some of his subordinates to guard the Hidden Hero Sect.

While the leading general looked stylish, he was mediocre at best and posed no threat.

"B*stard!" After hearing what Darryl said, Yuriel frowned and scolded, "This is the main hall! How dare you rest here? Get out!" As he spoke, he impatiently waved his hand.

How would Darryl leave easily when he had planned to make a fuss out of him?

Darryl chuckled pleasingly and walked over. He took out the herbs that he previously collected from the grass field and said, "In the day, I found out the Hidden Hero Sect's prescription by chance and it could prolong life.

"So, at night, I collected many herbs according to the prescription, especially for you. Please also look after me."

Darryl had been in the community for many years and was well-versed. He knew that no one would refuse those words and the herbs offered.

'Hmm…' Seeing the herbs offered by Darryl, Yuriel scratched his chin and nodded in approval. "I didn't know you were so thoughtful. Alright, just take some rest here."

Then, he took over the herbs.

'Heh…'

Darryl secretly chuckled when he realized Yuriel did not suspect him. He faked an attentive look and said, "These herbs are rare, and it needs to be eaten quickly. Otherwise, it'll lose its efficacy."
