Just one of those birds alone was powerful enough.
If Veron was right, there would be eight more beneath the surface of the lava.
If the nine birds were to team up together at once, their combined power would possibly be enough to destroy the earth.
'Pft…'
Veron could not help but chuckle at the dazed look on his face. "If only you could see how you look right now. Even if the other golden birds do fly out, they'd attack Tyson first. What are you so afraid of?"
Bowen smiled meekly at the words.
Veron could not help but roll her eyes at him as she said, "Idiot. We should take the chance to unblock our acupoints while they're facing up against the birds.
"Alright!"
Bowen nodded, beginning to silently channel his energy alongside Veron.
Tyson and the Three-legged Golden Bird were engaged in a fierce battle as they let out endless powerful rumbles.
Caw caw…
At last, the Three-legged Golden Bird seemed to be unable to take it any longer. It let out a series of crows, fluttering its wings to land on a clearing to the side as it fixed its beady eyes upon Tyson and the rest. It appeared to be thinking about something.
To Tyson, it seemed like the bird was scared. It made him smirk coldly as he taunted, "Giving up so soon, you lowly animal? If you know anything at all, get out of here before things get bad for you."
As the words rang through the air, the surrounding soldiers were filled with excitement.
"The Head General knows his stuff! Look, the giant bird surrendered."
"Yes, that's right…"
Tyson did not waste anymore time as he rushed forward to grab the magical bow.
'Crap…'
At the sight, Veron and Bowen could not help but grow anxious.
