James leaned on the bed, and before he knew it, he was fast asleep.
He slept for a long time and was woken up.
“James, wake up…”
James opened his eyes and picked up his phone. He looked and saw that it was already six in the evening. He could not help asking, “What’s wrong?”
Thea said, “There’s a visitor outside saying he has something to discuss with you.”
“Who?”
James turned around and got out of bed.
Thea replied, “I don’t know.”
“Alright. I’ll go out and have a look.”
James got dressed, walked out of the room, and entered the living room.
Sitting in the living room was a man in his sixties. He was a slightly chubby man dressed in a brown suit with short hair and a beard.
James walked over suspiciously and inquired, “You are?”
The person sitting on the sofa stood up immediately and said with a smile, “Hello, Emperor. I’m White Eagle, the Left Envoy of the Celestial Sect. My friends in the martial art world call me by the nickname Eagle King.”
White Eagle beamed with a bright smile.
“White Eagle, the Eagle King? Left Envoy of Celestial Sect?”
James was increasingly perplexed by the situation.
He had nothing to do with the Celestial Sect, so why would their Left Envoy visit him?
He sat down and lit a cigarette. A few seconds later, he took out another cigarette and threw it to White Eagle. He looked at White Eagle and asked calmly, “What’s the reason you’re visiting me?”
White Eagle said, “So, the thing is, I’ve received orders from my Sect Leader to visit you. I am to fully assist you in resolving the internal conflicts in the Capital.”
“You’re going to assist me?”
James stood up in shock.
He was clueless about the Celestial Sect’s origin and strength.
