Roar of the Supreme Warrior novel Chapter 1595

Even if he did hand the things over to James, there was no guarantee that he would be spared.

Thomas who was disguised as Ezekiel looked at Lucjan and said, “You don’t have a choice. Haven’t you witnessed James’ strength? Not even Tobias who absorbed the power of so many martial artists stood a chance against him. Do you seriously think the three of us combined can defeat him?”

The First Blood Emperor’s expression turned grim.

He knew about James’ strength. He just could not figure out how he managed to restore his strength in such a short amount of time.

“How did he manage to regain his strength…?”

Rumble!

A fierce battle raged on outside the cavern.

“I’ll fight to the bitter end.”

Holding the Blade of Justice in his hand, Lucjan charged out.

Upon seeing this, the First Blood Emperor tried following along. However, Ezekiel stopped him in time and said, “Do you have a death wish?”

“What should we do, then?” The First Blood Emperor asked.

After brief contemplation, Ezekiel said, “Lucjan will never hand over the Primordial Sword and Crucifier. Though he believes himself to be invincible, he’s actually weaker than James. Let him struggle in vain while we seize the opportunity and flee.”

“I…”

The First Blood Emperor was hesitant.

Then, he looked at Ezekiel and said, “Won’t our plans be foiled if he dies?”

Ezekiel smiled and said, “Once he’s dead, the Blood Race will dominate the world unopposed. You, on the other hand, will be the most powerful individual in the world.”

The First Blood Emperor looked at Ezekiel with suspicion in his eyes. He could not trust Ezekiel entirely. However, there was no other choice but for him to leave. That was because James was so terrifying that his blood would run cold upon seeing him.

“Let’s get moving.”

After some contemplation, the First Blood Emperor chose to make his escape.

Meanwhile, Lucjan rushed out with the Blade of Justice in hand. Upon realizing that Ezekiel and the First Blood Emperor were not behind him, he froze. The three of them stood a chance against James if they worked together. Now, alone, he believed it was impossible for him to defeat James, let alone kill him.

“Damn it!”

He cursed.
