Roar of the Supreme Warrior novel Chapter 2001

Yandel chose to concede defeat and prayed that James would spare his life.

James, on the other hand, simply glared at him.

Deep in contemplation, he wondered if he should use this opportunity to strike fear in the Overworld Outsiders’ hearts by annihilating Yandel.

However, he was also concerned that this would have the opposite effect and instead incur the Overworld’s wrath. In such a scenario, the earthlings would be their target of reprisal. Although he was unafraid of the Overworld, the same could not be said about the earthlings.

Besides, after the fierce battle, he began to understand more about his body. His body was imbued with powerful Demonic Energy, but the energy would be depleted every time he suffered an injury. At the moment, he no longer had much Demonic Energy inside his body. Indeed, he could feel his recovery speed gradually slowing down.

It made James realize that he was not invincible. There was a limit to his recovery. Once his Demonic Energy was depleted, his body would stop rejuvenating by itself.

“Stop right there, James.” Leandro walked toward James and looked at him, saying, “End the fight now and tell us more about your conditions. As long as it’s within our power, we’ll accept your demands.”

Leandro stepped forward and announced a truce, while the others simply remained silent. James had demonstrated incredible strength. Since he was recognized by the Overworld Outsiders, he now had the right to be on equal footing with them.

James took a deep breath to forcibly suppress his killing intent. His aura subsided, and the Demonic Energy dispersed.

Seeing this, Yandel breathed a sigh of relief. Just a moment ago, he could clearly sense his life hanging by a thread. He would have died if James chose so. After all, no one could stop him.

James glared at Leandro and the others and asked coldly, “So have I earned the right to negotiate with you?”

Leandro laughed and said, “Since antiquity, the strong do what they can and the weak suffer what they must. To earn the right to negotiate with us, you need to demonstrate sufficient strength. My friend, you certainly are an equal among us.”
