Walganus’ words resonated with James.
After the conversation between them, the two seemed to have grown closer.
Walganus did not stay for too long. After establishing a good relationship with James, he left.
James continued to sit in a lotus position on the ground.
He had already experienced a lot in the past, so he did not blindly trust Walganus’ words.
After arriving at the Crepe Myrtle Sword Pavilion, James had been secretly observing Walganus. He felt that he was very unpredictable.
James murmured, “What the hell is he trying to do? He told Xianna and the Sword Master that he was the fated one, but now he’s telling me that there are two fated people. Could it be that there really are two people fated for these boons? Could the swordsmanship inheritance and the Curse Magic really be prepared for two different people?”
He immediately asked Nova in the Celestial Abode.
“Nova, do you think Walganus was telling the truth?”
Nova’s voice came from inside the Celestial Abode. “I don’t know. You’ll have to judge by yourself.”
James thought about it again.
“What’s the matter? What are you thinking about?”
A pleasant voice resounded.
James regained his senses after hearing the voice and turned toward the source. While he was zoning out, Xianna appeared before him.
He asked, “Why did you come back?”
Xianna said, “I saw Walganus coming to look for you, so I turned back around and waited outside. I didn’t come inside until he left. Why did he come to see you?”
James did not hide things from her and told her about their entire conversation.
Hearing this, Xianna fell into thought.
