Henrik was unconscious for a very long time. At that moment, upon hearing a familiar voice, he regained consciousness and opened his eyes. Then, he saw the man standing in mid-air.
“James…”
His voice was feeble. Summoning all the strength he had, he crawled up from the ground and roared, “Why are you here, James? Leave, now! You will die here! Just leave me be!”
His voice boomed. Then, upon screaming that, he collapsed to the ground.
“Let him go,” James said once more.
Yermolai stepped forward and looked at James. His face darkened as he said, “I don’t want to kill you, James. However, you have demonstrated terrifying strength. Once you grow, you will become a threat to the First Universe. You threaten the status of the First Universe, and for that, you will have to die.”
“I’m the one you’re looking for, not Henrik. Since I’m here, let him go. Pick on someone your own size.”
James looked at the dying Henrik. He was concerned about his safety.
Henrik was a living being of the Twelfth Universe and his only companion here. Besides that, he would be his sworn brother in the future. Henrik must not die.
“Fine.”
