Both James and Blake felt that it was a fair trade.
Blake had tried for decades to obtain a cultivation method to become a grandmaster but to no avail.
“James, I’ll give you all my wealth in exchange for the cultivation method.” Blake stood up and looked at James ecstatically.
“Alright, deal.” James smiled brightly.
He took out a notebook he had written in long ago and handed it to Blake, saying, “I’ve had it ready all along.”
Blake took the notebook and opened it, quickly scanning through the text. Indeed, there was a cultivation method jotted down in the book.
Blake’s hands trembled with excitement. It had been twenty years. He finally acquired a cultivation method after twenty years of hard work.
At last, he could avenge his family. He wanted to scream to release his pent-up emotions.
“You got the cultivation method. So, the money?”
“I’ll transfer the money to you from my overseas account right away. As for the remainder of the treasures, we’ll retrieve them bit by bit. Give me one of your overseas accounts.”
James nodded and called Scarlett. Running a large corporation, they already had an overseas account. He instructed her to get him its number.
Soon after, James received the account number from Scarlett and gave it to Blake, who immediately proceeded with the transfer.
After completing the transaction, Blake smiled. “Done! Brother, since you’ve already given me a cultivation method, why don’t you consider giving me a martial art technique too?”
James chuckled and replied, “Sure thing. I’ll head to the Cadens’ mansion later and get you a powerful martial art manual from the library.”
“Woah!” Blake exclaimed like a happy child.
Of course, he knew of the Cadens.
They were the leaders of the Ancient Four.
They had countless extraordinary martial art manuals in their library. Any one of the manuals would be a treasure for martial practitioners.
“James, I’ll follow you for the rest of my life,” Blake vowed his loyalty to James.
