Frida was infuriated because Aran didn't bother to hold back and behaved brazenly in front of Penny.

The moment she finished warning Aran, she sprinted forward over to his side and attempted to kick the man's head.

Frida used to be a soldier back in the day. In fact, she was one of the First Lady's personal bodyguards. Therefore, she was quite skilled in combat.
