Salute to the General novel Chapter 2705

“Watch out, President Cross!”

Zion couldn't help crying out when he saw the sheer number of assassins charging at Nathan at lightning speed.

Meanwhile, the hearts of Penny and the others clenched at once.

While the royal guards, Felidae Battalion, and security personnel present were all armed, they dared not shoot in fear of hurting Nathan accidentally, as the assassins were too close to the man.

Colin was the Master Sharpshooter in the military, so he had extraordinary confidence in his marksmanship.

Without an ounce of hesitation, he lifted his hand and fired at the back of an assassin.

Unfortunately, the assassin was obviously a top-notch fighter. As though having eyes at the back of his head, he strangely shifted a fraction to the right and dodged the bullet perfectly.

Colin's eyes went wide. These assassins are so powerful. Even without prior warning, they can dodge a bullet!

Both surprised and enraged, he braced himself to fire once more.

He might have been able to dodge a single bullet, but I don't believe he can still manage that feat when I fire successively!

However, just when he was about to pull the trigger, a figure suddenly flashed in front of him.

A tall foreign man with blond hair and blue eyes had materialized out of thin air and stood before him.

He was slightly startled.

Flashing him a peculiar smile, the blond man murmured, “In the name of Fate, I order you to take your own Colin's eyes promptly went as wide as saucers. In the next instant, something that scared the wits out of him transpired.

His body no longer listened to his mind, and he lost control of it.

To his horror, he slowly lifted his right hand, in which he held his gun, and aimed it at his right temple.

What the hell? No!

His consciousness struggled wildly, causing his body and his right hand that held the gun to tremble violently.

Alas, his finger continued to pull the trigger slowly.

He was then a second away from blowing his head off when a figure darted over and kicked the gun in his hand away.

The person who acted was none other than one of the powerhouses in the military, Fang.

After kicking the gun away, Fang swiftly dislocated Colin's arms with two resounding snaps.

Subsequently, he turned to Fate and sneered indifferently, “Where did this clown come from? How dare you attempt to assassinate our president during his inauguration ceremony? Verily, you're so sick of living that you're courting death."

Meeting his gaze, Fate declared tersely, “In the name of Fate, I order you to slaughter those around you indiscriminately!”

At once, Fang stiffened. But half a second later, he seemingly broke free and regained his freedom.
