Salute to the General novel Chapter 2759

A few werewolves dashed forward in Nikola’s direction.

He let out a cold snicker. His right hand reached for the corner of his cloak and waved it casually.

The cloak somehow formed a shield, sending gushes of strong wind in the werewolves' direction.

The werewolves were sent hurling in a projectile.

Nikola sniggered. “Weredogs will be weredogs. Your filthy race has nothing on vampires.”

The werewolves were vexed by his remarks, and a number of powerful fighters were about to teach the insolent vampire a lesson.

However, Moab's voice rang right then.

“How dare a mere baron of the vampires tries to stir trouble in my turf?”

Though Moab's voice was not loud, it reverberated through the crowd.

Nikola shuddered upon hearing his voice. The smug look on his face disappeared, and he appeared to be writhing in pain.

Moab's voice had shattered his very being.

He clutched his chest in agony as he staggered to steady himself. However, in the end, Nikola stumbled to the floor.

The werewolves witnessing his downfall cheered in response.

A baron of the vampires, huh? You're nothing in front of Moab. He doesn't even need to show to shatter your very being, rendering you on your knees in agony.

Just when the werewolves were cheering, Moab and Max led their subordinates out of the bar.

Moab looked at Nikola, who was crouching on the floor in pain, and uttered coldly, “Werewolves and vampires have never gotten along. Who gave you the audacity to come here and cause a scene?”

Nikola could not even muster the strength to stand in the face of Moab.

However, Nikola was unwilling to yield and lifted his head to meet Moab's gaze. He gritted through his teeth, “I am here on the viscount, Lord Antonio's, orders to greet Admiral Max. I do not intend to intrude.”
