The moment Antonio ended the call, he proceeded to crush the phone.
Soon after, his face darkened and he turned his glacial gaze toward Ava, who was still tied up to the chair.
He commented drily, “I warned you, didn't I? If you cooperate with me, I might just spare your life. If you don't, only death awaits you. I can't believe you have the audacity to run your mouth while I was on the call with Nathan. You've really pissed me off this time.”
After saying that, he waved his hand.
Kaiser, his butler, stepped forward. He asked carefully, “What can I do for you, Lord Antonio?”
Antonio ordered, “Make her bleed.”
Kaiser nodded. “Yes, Lord Antonio.”
As he spoke, he took out a suitcase and opened it in front of Ava.
The case was filled with all kinds of tools.
Among them were knives, saws, tweezers, and the likes. It looked to be a butcher's toolbox, or it could be a surgeon's instrument box.
Kaiser took out a butterfly needle and grabbed Ava's arm. He then plunged the needle deep into her blood vessel.
Fresh blood flowed through the tube and dripped onto the floor, the drops of blood forming the shape of a flower.
Kaiser then placed an exquisitelooking wine container next to Ava's chair to hold the blood.
Drip, drip, drip.
Although the needle wasn't too thick, the sight of blood dripping into the crystal wine container made for a harrowing scene.
