The loud commotion had, of course, awoken Colin, Kraven, and Kerry from their sleep.
They scurried out from their rooms and were stunned to see the rampaging Sevan, who was about to jump at Nathan again.
Without any hesitation, Colin unsheathed his sword.
Kraven, too, pressed his hand on the hilt of his whip sword as he pushed Kerry behind him to protect her.
On the other hand, Nathan hurriedly stopped Colin when he realized Colin was about to attack Sevan. “No, stop! He's not in his right mind. It feels as if he's being controlled by someone else.”
That said, Nathan suddenly noticed the faint violin music playing in the background.
Initially, he had been wondering what kind of a weird person would be playing the violin at such an odd hour, but he quickly realized that this was all the doings of the music.
“The violin! That's where the problem lies!” Nathan brought this up to Colin and the rest. “Hurry! Trace the violin music and find out who's behind this. Locate the person controlling Sevan!”
Kraven was the first to react and dart out in an instant.
From his point of view, Sevan definitely used to be a powerful man that stood unrivaled in his game.
The only reason Sevan was reduced to this state was that after being captured by an Ariarican organization, he was tormented by endless suffering and experiments.
Besides, the disappearance of Kraven's master, Lothar, was closely tied to the Ghost Ship.
He figured that if they could capture the culprits manipulating Sevan, he could eventually unearth the truth and locate his master's whereabouts.
Just as Kraven charged out, so did Colin.
Kerry, on the other hand, was a smart one. When she came to the same conclusion as Kraven's, she, too, darted out from the hotel.
In the meantime, Sevan was already on Nathan once more.
Whoosh!
Sevan lunged and unleashed his wrath upon Nathan with a miraculous speed that created afterimages.
Unwilling to strike back, all Nathan could do was nullify and evade Sevan's attacks.
Bam, bam, bam!
The items in the room were all crushed into dust under Sevan's rampage, which also left behind several holes in the walls.
