Whoosh whoosh whoosh!
Several figures showed up in a flash.
They were the five Deans left in Heavenly City—Ricardo of the Room of Aries, Chev of the Room of Taurus, Kaide of the Room of Cancer, Mabry of the Room of Gemini, and Taegan of the Room of Libra.
When Ricardo and the other Deans first saw Nathan and the others and Rutger's corpse on the ground, they were shocked and angry.
Just then, four other individuals appeared.
The Four Angels of Heavenly City had all come out.
Raimond, the head of the Four Angels, was seething with anger. “What's with all these random people coming over seeking death recently? We just took an old coot's life a few days ago as a warning to others. How are there still people daring to come and cause trouble today?”
Nathan, Colin, Sevan, and Kerry's gazes turned chilly when they heard his words.
The look Nathan gave Raimond, in particular, was as if the latter was a cattle waiting to be slaughtered. “You were the ones who killed Mr. Macalister?”
Mr. Macalister?
Raimond was a little stunned when he heard that, but he immediately remembered that the intruder who was killed by the Allfather himself a few days ago seemed to have that name.
The Allfather has ordered that the events of that day must be kept a secret.
With that thought in mind, Raimond did not answer Nathan's question at that moment but merely snorted. “Anyone who barges into Heavenly City must die. None of you will be an exception. What are you Deans standing around for? Hurry up and seize them.”
However, Ricardo and the other Deans were hesitant to step forward and make a move.
When they came over earlier, they heard that the mysterious man wearing the dragon mask before them had killed Rutger with just one move.
As they were roughly on par with Rutger in terms of strength, they did not have the certainty, nor the courage, to attack at present.
Raimond was furious when he noticed the Deans hesitating.
“You guys usually boast that you're elites, but now you've all become cowards. Since you don't dare to make a move, I'll do it myself. Wait till I impeach you to the Allfather when we return, then await your punishments!”
After saying that, Raimond prepared to go up against Nathan.
Despite his words, he was also very cautious and did not dare to risk acting alone. Instead, he signaled his three companions beside him with his eyes, asking them to join forces with him.
After all, Rutger had died not long ago, and he did not wish to meet the same end.
The three other Angels—Vector, Angus, and Winson—naturally obeyed Raimond's instruction.
At that moment, the four of them began surrounding Nathan.
