“Who dares to barge into Heavenly City and disrupt Allfather's rest?”
As a loud voice sounded, two figures darted over.
When Ricardo and the rest saw the two newcomers, they hurriedly bowed in unison. “Greetings, sir. What brings you, the Messengers, here?”
It turned out that the two people who had just arrived were Allfather's personal attendants. They were Agastya Facon and Varuna Jain, the Light and Dark Messengers.
One was dressed in black, and the other was wearing white, both looking like a chessboard. The people of Heavenly City seemed to be filled with fear when they saw the two people at the scene.
Agastya frowned when he saw four mysterious people wearing masks in front of him.
Meanwhile, Varuna flew into a rage when he found the Four Angels dead. His gaze landed on Nathan.
Nathan had used Kraven's broken sword to kill the Four Angels. Currently, he was bending down to put the broken sword beside Kraven's remains, returning the weapon to its rightful owner.
Varuna's expression darkened as he asked, “Did you kill Raimond and the others?”
Judging from the crowd's reverential countenance in front of the two elderly men, Nathan figured the duo was Allfather's messengers.
Nathan replied coldly, “I've been here for quite a long time, yet Allfather of Heavenly City still hasn't come out to meet me. Why did he send you two lackeys here instead?”
Lackeys?
Agastya and Varuna were stunned.
Both of them were Allfather's messengers. Their duties were to serve Allfather on a daily basis, tirelessly clear obstacles for him, and even convey orders on his behalf.
Apart from the Five Heavenly Guardians of Heavenly City, no one would dare to disrespect them.
With their capability, they were confident that they had the power to set off a bloody massacre anywhere in the world.
How dare this masked man insult us? And he even sounds quite young!
Wrath soon welled up in Agastya and Varuna's eyes.
Varuna asked, “Are you going to kill him, or should I do it?”
Agastya said frostily, “No one should do it other than me. I must cut him into pieces with my own hands today to vent the fury in my heart.”
After saying that, he hollered, “Get my sword over here.”
Immediately afterward, a subordinate brought him a quaint long sword.
The quaint long sword was about thirty inches long, and Agastya's name was engraved on it.
