After taking a moment to recover from their shocked state, Hepburn and the others cheered happily.
The fear that Hawthorn had instilled in them by defeating Brenton was completely gone in an instant.
The vampires watching in the distance all had gloomy looks on their faces.
Aaryan's face clouded over as he just realized Nathan and his small group of soldiers were among the members of the Curia.
It wasn't until he eyed Nathan's men from head to toe that he noticed the Eurasian military uniforms they were wearing.
“Are you guys from Eurasia?” Aaryan asked with a slight frown.
“Yes, we are,” Nathan replied coldly.
Aaryan let out a sinister chuckle. “Heh... You Eurasians sure are a nosy bunch! I killed two thousand of your soldiers two days ago. Their bodies are scattered all around you. What do you think you can achieve with that tiny group of yours?”
“Aaryan, you creatures of darkness just don't know when to quit, huh? Do you even realize who you're talking to? He's Mr. Cross, the God of War of Eurasia! He's the one who killed Vivien! Do you really think you have what it takes to defeat him? If you surrender peacefully, we might just consider keeping your corpse intact!” Hepburn retorted defiantly.
The God of War of Eurasia? Mr. Cross? Is that Nathan Cross?
Aaryan's pupils constricted as he stared at Nathan in fear.
Even his subordinates were starting to panic as they whispered among themselves.
