Salute to the General novel Chapter 3683

Octurn.

Once known as The Formidable Five, who were now Sea King Fleet under Nathan's command, they were currently directing their subordinates in an orderly manner to repair the damaged spaceships.

As for the Earth fleet led by Nathan, apart from a portion stationed as sentinels in space, the rest of the spaceships had landed on Octurn for a brief respite.

Nathan gathered his subordinates, including Eve, Marcus, Hepburn, and Dido, to discuss the next steps.

Eve excitedly reported to Nathan, “Mr. Cross, we've impersonated the Gods fleet and sent a message to Divine Realm claiming that we've resolved the pirate issue, so there's no need for reinforcements. Surprisingly, Divine Realm actually believed us. They've confirmed that they've withdrawn the support troops. They also conveyed that Divine Realm is waiting to welcome our triumphant return.”

Nathan chuckled. “The Gods clan's support troops have withdrawn, so we're safe for now. But we must not let our guard down. Prevention is better than cure.”

Eve replied, “Understood!”

Colin stated, “Mr. Cross, I have a bold suggestion.”

Nathan asked, “Do share.”

Colin said, “The Gods clan believes that Crimson Moon Fleet and Steel Wings have already defeated the pirates. They are also preparing to welcome the triumphant return of the two fleets. Do you think we can impersonate these two fleets, lull the enemy into a false sense of security, and then launch a surprise attack on Divine Realm? We'll catch our enemy off guard!”

Eve's eyes widened in surprise. She hadn't expected Colin to be so bold, even planning to impersonate the Gods fleet and launch a surprise attack on the Gods.

Nathan turned to the rest of his subordinates and asked, “Do you think Colin's strategy will work?”

Everyone immediately began to whisper among themselves.

The final verdict was that Colin's approach was risky, but if successful, the rewards were certainly substantial.

Nathan laughed. “If it's feasible, then let's proceed according to this plan. It just so happens that we have both Barok and Digby in our hands. We can use them to deceive the Gods and gain their complete trust. Let our fleet approach Divine Realm openly and launch an attack at close range.”

Sinistral, the primordial vampire elite, couldn't help but say, “Commander Cross, many of our spaceships here are pirate ships. These ships are all sorts of strange, and at a glance, you can tell they're not regular military spaceships of the Gods. How can we impersonate, then?”
