Salute to the General novel Chapter 3771

That evening, Nathan had spent the entire night in the blood pool. The following morning, he emerged and changed into a fresh set of clothes.

Upon entering the dining room, he found Hepburn already there, waiting. The table was set with a typical Western breakfast, along with a cup of milk and a glass of blue liquid.

Nathan's brow furrowed in suspicion. Before he could question it, Hepburn casually informed him, "The Four Emperors sent a message this morning. They haven't been home in a while and wish to extend their stay here for a few more days. They're seeking your approval, Your Majesty."

Nathan's expression grew more serious as Hepburn added, "It seems the Four Emperors still have doubts about you. I suspect they're seeking to test you further. This morning, before you woke up, I granted their request. Refusing them quickly would only raise their suspicions and counter our intentions."

Nathan nodded in agreement as he sat down. "You've made a wise decision."

Hepburn continued, "Colin and others have reached Earth. The people there know of our conquest of the Divine Realm and your ascension as God King. Yet, the response of many countries is noncommittal, almost as if they're dissatisfied with your rule over the Divine Realm. They see the Earth Fleet's naming as a sign of your and the fleet's allegiance to Earth. Now that you've taken over the Divine Realm, declaring yourself king without Earth's nations' consent seems inappropriate to them. Moreover, they showed little interest in your proposal to enhance cooperation between Earth and the Divine Realm."

She went on, "They showed no enthusiasm for the advanced technologies from the Divine Realm and also declined to supply resources like blood bags, food, and drinks. Only a few nations, like Eurasia and Remdik, expressed willingness to collaborate with the Divine Realm..."

Nathan absorbed Hepburn's words silently, his face initially contorted with frustration. But gradually, he regained his composure and spoke calmly. "We initially learned that the Gods were developing weapons to obliterate Earth. I suggested a preemptive strike to avert this threat, but no one supported me. Reluctantly, I had to rely mainly on vampires and mercenaries. It was only after enlisting the Five Kings of Space Pirates that we managed to defeat the Gods and avert Earth's crisis."

He reflected, "When real effort was needed, no one was there to assist. Now, with some success achieved, everyone wants a share of the pie."

Hepburn replied, "That's the nature of humans. You once promoted peaceful coexistence between humans and vampires, even setting boundaries for the vampires. But humans kept protesting, always marginalizing the vampires. Eventually, the vampires had no choice but to journey with you to this distant Divine Realm. Here, through battles and sacrifices, they established their own domain. And now, as we're just settling in, Earth is already showing signs of envy. They drove us from Earth, and now they seem to want to claim the Divine Realm too."

Nathan's voice was icy as he declared, "Earth is separate from the Divine Realm. They didn't help when it mattered, so they have no right to interfere with the Divine Realm now."

Having stated his stance, Nathan picked up the cup of Blueblood from the table and drank it in one swift gulp, without any hesitation.

Observing Nathan, Hepburn recognized the depth of his anger. Whether it was the Four Emperors or the people of Earth, anyone eyeing the Divine Realm had now provoked Nathan's wrath.

Having soaked in the blood pool, Nathan's injuries were partially healed. The Blueblood brought some color back to his face and restored the sharpness in his eyes. He then began his breakfast with refined grace.

He commented softly, "Thankfully, there are still nations on Earth like Eurasia and Remdik willing to collaborate. Since they've supported the Divine Realm, we should reciprocate fairly."

Consequently, Nathan instructed, "Order the Divine Realm to begin sending advanced medical equipment to Earth, starting with countries like Eurasia. These top-tier technologies from the Divine Realm can easily handle Earth's most challenging diseases. Their introduction will greatly elevate Eurasia's medical capabilities, enabling them to treat many previously incurable conditions."

Hepburn acknowledged his directive with a firm, "Yes!"
