Under the protection of Eurasia's troops, Nathan and his group returned to the city, back to their home in Riverside Garden.
At the doorstep of the house,
"I'll be taking my leave now, Mr. Cross. I must return now, as I need to rush back to Brimmopolis. Work is simply too busy," Fang said, bidding farewell to Nathan.
"No problem!" Nathan said with a smile.
Fang then said, "As for tomorrow's meeting, I will have Zach attend it."
Nathan said, "Okay!"
Fang said softly, "I am in favor of the collaboration between Earth and the Divine Realm. The two planets are far apart with not much conflict of interest, so cooperation would undoubtedly be a win-win situation. In the future, we must look forward to exploring the entire universe! So, if you have any issues, please discuss them with Zach. As long as they don't contradict our national interests, I will cooperate."
Nathan laughed, saying, "I understand; thank you very much."
When Fang spoke these words, he implied that he would definitely support Nathan and collaborate with the Divine Realm.
Moreover, as long as it didn't go against the interests of their homeland, they were willing to cooperate with Nathan in all aspects. This was already considered as giving Nathan ample respect.
After Fang finished speaking, he left with a large group of his subordinates.
The rest of the Eurasian soldiers, most of whom were Nathan's old subordinates, were eager to meet with Nathan. However, considering that Nathan had just returned and needed to reunite with his family, they all tactfully excused themselves.
As Nathan and his family entered the house, they discovered that there were still relatives around.
It was Sean, along with the key members of the Smith family, who were waiting for Nathan to return.
Moreover, a lavish meal had been prepared.
Reflecting back, Sean had quite a low opinion of Nathan, his grandson-in-law. However, Nathan had become the greatest pillar of support for the Smith family, as well as their pride and joy.
Nathan let bygones be bygones, joining everyone at the table for a meal.
A family feast, which lasted for a full two hours, had finally come to an end.
After dinner, Sean had another satisfying conversation with Nathan before contentedly leaving with his family.
As such, only Nathan and his family were left at home.
Nathan spent some time playing with his son and daughter, then went to take a bath and get changed. By the time he emerged from the bathroom, it was already ten in the evening.
The two children had gone to bed early as they had to go to school the next day.
