Boom!
The hotel wall exploded, sending dozens of people flying through the air.
Amidst the destruction, a powerful figure emerged from the hole, resembling a hawk in flight, and hovered in mid-air.
It was Nathan, who had bravely fought his way out of the encirclement.
Clatter!
On the ground, vigilant soldiers quickly aimed their weapons at him. The surrounding area was heavily fortified with tanks, armored vehicles, and helicopters hovering in the sky, forming a comprehensive ambush.
The elites from the hotel also came out, including Bryon, who was closely guarded by his bodyguards.
They all looked up at Nathan, floating in the air, with expressions of disbelief. They had always recognized Nathan's strength, but now it was clear that they had greatly underestimated him.
His power surpassed all their previous estimations.
Nathan's ten wings fluttered gently, keeping him in mid-air. He held his sword, The Unsullied, asserting his dominance. His eyes, filled with unquestionable authority, scanned the panicked faces below.
With a chilling tone, he declared, "You were the ones who started this conflict, and now you will face the consequences. The battle continues!"
Just as Nathan was about to dive back into the fight, a sudden shout cut through the air, "Stop! Nathan, take a look at who we have here."
Nathan paused, his gaze shifting towards the source of the interruption.
There, he saw Paulo leading a group, escorting several hostages.
Among them was Penny, held at gunpoint, along with Colin and Ava, both tightly bound.
Nathan's eyes narrowed instantly, a deep rage simmering within him.
His voice was icy as he warned, "Anyone who threatens my family will suffer. If you harm my wife, I assure you, no one here will survive."
Bryon remained silent, his gaze turning to Wolfric.
With a sinister smirk, Wolfric stepped forward. "Nathan," he sneered, "spare us your threats. We wouldn't confront you if we were afraid. We have your wife and your closest allies in our grasp. Surrender peacefully if you want to save their lives. My patience is limited; I'll count to three. If you haven't surrendered by then, I'll have no choice but to execute your wife right in front of you..."
