"Well..." Sydney froze for a moment. She raised her hand to touch her hair and suddenly laughed. "I see. I thought you had X-ray vision."
"I wish I had X-ray vision." Julien raised his eyebrows.
Hearing this, Sydney felt a little upset.
She looked up and narrowed her eyes at him. "You wish you had X-ray vision?"
"Yeah." Julien nodded his head.
Sydney became more upset. "Why? Do you want to see other people naked?"
She had such a shocking thought because it was strange that he wanted X-ray vision.
And as far as she knew, men who wanted X-ray vision were usually lechers. They just wanted to look at other people's naked bodies.
When Julien heard Sydney's words, the corners of his mouth twitched. He reached out and flicked her forehead. "What are you thinking about? Why should I want to see naked bodies? Even if I wanted to, I would only look at yours."
He spoke seriously.
Then he was elbowed by Sydney.
Sydney blushed and glared at him. "Stop talking nonsense. Who allows you to see me naked?"
How dared he say that!
Julien patted Sydney's shoulder to reassure her. "Okay, okay, I won't do that."
However, he didn't think so.
He didn't do it now, but he would do it in the future.
Julien's eyes flashed mischievously, and then he took her hand.
When he looked at her fair wrist, he was not surprised to find there was only a watch around it.
When he had the bracelet sent to her, he did not say any words, so she did not know the meaning of the bracelet, let alone why he had suddenly given her an old bracelet.
So it was normal for her not to wear it.
"Come on. It's cold outside. Let's get into the car first." Julien grabbed Sydney's hand, held it to his lips, and blew a breath of hot air to warm up her cold hand.
Sydney didn't resist.
They were already together. If she always resisted him when he touched her, then they wouldn't be lovers.
"Let's go." Sydney nodded.
Julien pulled open the car door and let her get in.
Sydney stroked her hair and bent down, ready to get in.
Just as she had one foot in the car, she suddenly heard someone click the shutter.
Sydney frowned, withdrew her foot from inside the car, and turned to look in the direction of the sound.
She saw bushes.
The sound was from behind the bushes in the roadside flower bed.
"Did you just hear that?" Sydney asked the man beside her as she stared at the bushes as if to see the person behind the bushes.
The man nodded slightly, "Yes. Someone was photographing us."
"So it wasn't my illusion." Sydney pursed her lips. "It must be a paparazzo again."
Julien said, "Yes."
Sydney grunted. "Why do they keep an eye on me rather than those celebrities in showbiz?"
This was Skylight Corporation's building. If the paparazzo were not here to ambush her, what would he be doing here?
"It's normal. Everyone knows that we got back together. Of course, they wanted to get more information, so they came here to lie in wait," Julien said.
Sydney looked at him. "Are there paparazzi outside the Flint Corporation too?"
"No." Julien shook his head. "They don't dare to wait outside the Flint Corporation."
The paparazzi had once waited outside the Flint Corporation, and Julien had someone teach them a lesson, so the paparazzi didn't dare to come again.
Hearing this, Sydney felt it unfair. "How snobbish they are! They don’t dare to come to the Flint Corporation, so they come to my company. How dare they look down upon Skylight? I have to go over there and take a look."
Saying that, she was about to go.
