Sir, Madam Dispeared Again After Divorce! novel Chapter 841

Sean didn’t resist Luke and had sex with him to get together with him.

As for Luke, no matter whether he was drunk or not, he had made a big mistake by forcing a woman to sleep with him.

Sydney even wondered if the woman that day had not been Sean, would Luke have dragged that woman to the hotel?

Perhaps, the answer was yes.

So both of them were at fault.

Looking at Sydney's vexed face, Julien stroked her nose. "What's on your mind?"

Sydney replied, "Sean is ready to abort the child and has asked me to hide it from Luke. I'm just wondering if it's right or not."

Julien gently touched her hair. "Whether it's right or not, this is a private matter between them. Even though you are Luke's friend, you are not qualified to interfere, let them solve it on their own. Sometimes if outsiders interfere too much, it will cause some unnecessary trouble. You won't want it to happen."

"I know, but Luke is my friend, I..."

"So what? It's their private business," Julien interrupted her. "What's more, Luke is an adult. You don't have to care so much about what happened to him. He's not your son."

Hearing this, Sydney was instantly annoyed and patted him. "What are you talking about?"

"I was just making an analogy." Julien curved his lips. "Luke and your secretary will solve this affair by themselves. Nothing big has happened to them yet, and you are even more worried than Mrs. Chase. Are you not treating Luke as your son?"

"Nonsense!" Sydney glared at him.

Julien laughed, "Well, you should not worry about them. They are not as anxious as you, so why don't you take it easy? Since you have so much energy to care about them, you might as well use it all to care about me."

"Do I not care about you enough?" Sydney looked at him.

Julien nodded. "Yes, but I'm a greedy man, so I'm not satisfied with that. I will be happier if you only care about me."

"Knock it off." Sydney gave a wry smile.

Julien ruffled her hair. "Well, it's getting late. I should leave. See you tonight."

"OK, see you." Sydney nodded her head and walked him to the elevator.

Julien suddenly gave her a hug. "Remember to miss me."

"I will." Sydney patted him on the back.

Julien let go of her and turned around to enter the elevator.

Sydney stood just outside the elevator, waving at him until the doors closed and the elevator descended. Then she turned around and walked toward her office.

Julien was right. This was a private matter between Luke and Sean, so they should work it out by themselves.

She was only Luke's friend, not Luke's mother, so there was really no need for her to get so involved and upset herself.

Moreover, she had just explicitly rejected Luke, but now she was bothered about Luke's affairs. That was ridiculous.

She should change her ways.

Even though they were close friends, she shouldn't have worried about such matters. She crossed the line.

She would listen to Julien, pretend not to know, and let them handle it.

If something went wrong in the end, it would not be too late for her to help.

With this in mind, Sydney was finally relieved.

In the afternoon, Sydney saw that it was almost time to get off work, so she put down the papers in her hand, got up, and went to the mall from Skylight to try on the dress.

The staff of the dress store was already waiting at the door. At the sight of Sydney, they immediately smiled politely and came forward. "Ms. Raines, good afternoon."

"Good afternoon," Sydney replied with a smile.

The manager made a gesture to invite her in. "Ms. Raines, this way please."

"Thank you." Sydney nodded and followed her into the store.
