After taking a pause, Marcus then said calmly, "You have forced her to this point, but you still don’t allow her to resist?"
Old Master Shaw sneered, "How did we force her?"
"They are real sisters! The younger sister is dying! The elder sister has two good kidneys. Shouldn't she donate one to her younger sister?" Old Master Shaw said with much righteousness.
At this moment, he had completely forgotten that there had been so many times in the past where he, time and time again, felt disgusted by Sabrina, and he despised and persecuted Sabrina.
If not for Sabrina's extremely strong survivability, perhaps Sabrina would have been dead a long time ago.
If she had already died, then would she be able to donate a kidney to them?
Marcus was so angered by Old Master Shaw that he laughed. "By what virtue would you emotionally blackmail her into adhering your moral standards?"
"By the virtue of them being real sisters!"
Marcus was speechless.
He no longer wished to waste his time talking to his grandpa, so he left in anger.
"Marcus..." his mother called out.
Marcus stopped and looked at his mother. "Mom, what's the matter?"
Marcus's mother said, "Go and persuade your cousin, Ruth. After all, this is not Ruth's business. She..."
Marcus sneered, "Mom, have you thought about what Sabrina feels? They have persecuted her for so long, for almost seven whole years. Now, they want to get her kidneys. If someone were to treat your son this way, would you agree to it?"
Marcus' mother said, "I will fight them with all my might!”
"Then that'll do..."
After saying that, Marcus turned around and left with big strides.
