"Hello, Aunt Rose." Lori greeted politely from behind them.
"Oh, such a sweet child. I heard from people in the Ford Group that you have just signed a contract with Sebastian, so the two of you are business partners now. That's great," Rose said, fully intending for her words to be directed towards Sabrina.
Sabrina and her mother Gloria felt extremely awkward, but apart from that, Sabrina felt fine. Her heart was dead, knowing that she came here today to b e tortured and toyed with.
‘So what? It's not like I haven't been tortured before. It's fine. As long as Aino and Mom are okay, that's all I want,’ she thought. When she managed to lower her expectations to such an extent, Sabrina somehow started to relax and even joked around with Sebastian with a casual tone. "I don't mind if you want to go ahead and hold hands with Lori right now, Master Sebastian, I really don't mind. If you don't go and hold her hand or support her, I'm afraid that Aino wouldn't hold back against her.”
"What are you talking about?" Sebastian asked.
She shrugged. "When Aino acts against Lori, you mustn't hurt Aino. If you do, I'm going to sink my teeth into your neck until you bleed out!" She then looked over to Lori and continued, "There's something I need t
o clarify, Ms. Gibson, I am not your relative. You are just my husband's friend, don't try to play the family card with me."
Despite Sabrina's sarcastic tone, Lori appeared to be very understanding. "We are related, Sabrina, my grand-uncle is your-"
"My what?" Sabrina interrupted her.
Lori glanced over at the old Master Shaw. "Granduncle, look at her..."
