"Who are you? Why do you have my husband's phone?" On the other end of the line was Selene's sharp and accusing voice.
Sabrina muttered, "I..."
She turned to look at Sebastian with an afflicted look o n her face, her heart sinking deeper every second.
She did expect that the call would be from Selene, because her number was not saved on Sebastian's phone. Yet, the moment she heard Selene's accusing and sharp tone, Sabrina immediately felt like she was i n the wrong.
Still, she put the phone to Sebastian’s ear. 2
"Hello?!” Sebastian sounded extremely unhappy.
"Hubby... Young Master, boohoo, why is there a woman by your side? She even answered the phone for you, who is she? Boohoo." Selene sobbed, but still maintaining a delicate tone.
Even though she had said that, Selene actually knew who that voice belonged to.
Just by hearing the voice, Selene could tell that Sabrina was the one who had answered the phone for Sebastian.
It did make sense, because Selene had watched as Sebastian blocked the knife meant for Sabrina with
her own eyes, and saw Sabrina bandage his wound before getting on the ambulance with him.

Sebastian's voice remained extremely calm as he said, "She’s the nurse."
Selene did not know how to react.
She knew Sebastian was lying to her, but did not dare t o call him out. Pretending to be shocked, she quickly asked, "What happened, Young Master? Since there's a nurse next to you, does that mean you’ve fallen sick? Did anything happen to you?"
"I'm fine! I'm just annoyed after listening to your noise!" Sebastian replied, getting impatient.
Selene said, "Oh... I'm just worried for you. I tried on the wedding dress earlier, and on the way back to the shop there was a heavy feeling in my stomach. When I returned, I laid down on the bed and got the family doctor to take a look..."
