"Tell me, why are you looking for Sebastian? What happened?"
Marcus was not very familiar with Sabrina, but he felt like Sabrina had some relation to his aunt from the moment he saw her.
Marcus could feel it in his bones that Sabrina was his cousin. With that sort of a relationship, even if he only saw her a few times, he could not give up on her. Marcus did not understand how his grandfather could be so muddled. Blood was thicker than water, how could his grandfather not feel it? Everyone felt like Sabrina's attitude was a problem, even his grandfather. Yet, Marcus did not think so. Part of it was his intuition, another part was because of Zayn.
That was why Marcus believed that Sabrina definitely had her reasons to meet Sebastian. He drove quickly, but Sabrina still asked him, "Young Master Shaw, could you drive faster? Please?"
Marcus consoled her, "Sabbie, it's only nine in the morning right now. The wedding is commencing at eleven, Sebastian won’t go away. You can relax.”
Sabrine shook her head. "No...I can't allow Sebastian's wedding to start. I have to reach the place before the ceremony." "Do you love Sebastian?" Marcus asked.
Sabrina was speechless.
Was it love? She did not know.
Living in the circle, who could she talk to about such matters? However, there was no doubt that she liked Sebastian the most. His decisiveness, his calmness, and how filial he was toward Aunt Grace. He was also never pretentious, even his sense of responsibility touched Sabrina.
Most importantly, there was her intuition. Sabrina could not help but like Sebastian. Was it because she admired the light that radiated off Sebastian? She did not know.
Before, when she chose to leave Sebastian, as well as those words she said in the Ford family hall, they were all because Sabrina felt like she would never be with Sebastian in her lifetime. Since it was not possible, then she decided to be a bit more ruthless to spare herself from any stray thoughts.
Yet, Sebastian was the father of her child, her only man. Sabrina was so overcome with emotions, she wanted to cry. She had to get Sebastian back.
"I want to fight for my love,” Sabrina said with a determined look.
Marcus was speechless.
"I'm just like all of you, a human. We live under the same sun, surely I have the right to fight for my love?" Sabrina asked Marcus.
Marcus answered sincerely, "Of course you do.” "Then please, Young Master Shaw, drive faster!" Sabrina urged.
"Alright! I'll speed up." Marcus stepped on the gas, and the car shot forward like an arrow.
Marcus knew it was impossible. Yet, when he thought of Sabrina wanting to fight for her love without looking back, Marcus was somehow touched by Sabrina's determination and courage. She suddenly realised why Zayn liked Sabrina so much.
Zayn had no money on him, but he was willing to borrow money from Marcus to bring Sabrina away. Zayn said he met the most perfect girl in his life, if he did not help that girl, Zayn would regret it his whole life. Zayn even told Marcus, "In this day and age, there aren't many women who are willing to use their lives t o protect a benefactor, and to protect a friend.”
