Still Wanna Escape After Stealing My Heart? novel Chapter 1889

Malvolio's mother took him with her, and was even planning on buying a smaller house after maybe a decade and after she had earned some money. That way, both mother and son would have a place to live again. They were very optimistic about their life in the future. However, as an orphan and a widow, they were always bullied by others. It was particularly so for Malvolio, who had been naughty growing up. He had suddenly lost his father, so when he was bullied, he would not accept defeat and had always wanted to fight back. He was then beaten up by the older children till his face was all bruised and swollen.

One day, when Malvolio was chased by a few older children as they wanted to beat him up, a man with a strong build helped Malvolio chase those children away, and he even personally sent Malvolio home. From that day on, that man had gotten to know Malvolio's mother. That man's name was Delmont Stevens, and he was an owner of a recycling center.

Although Delmont opened a recycling center by himself, the money he made was only enough for him t o get by and have a slight profit. Therefore, Delmont was already thirty years old, but he did not have a wife. Ever since he had gotten to know Malvolio's mother, Delmont would go to the house that the mother and son rented every other day. He also often picked up Malvolio from school, and he would bring Malvolio to have some nice food during the weekends. Therefore, Malvolio liked his Uncle Delmont very much.

As time passed, Eirwen got pregnant. Without a question, the child in her belly certainly was Delmont's. Actually, Malvolio liked his mother being with Uncle Delmont very much. Not long after that, his mother and Uncle Delmont got married. For a very long time, Malvolio had been addressing Delmont as dad. Later on, Eira Stevens was born.

The life of the family of four seemed to be getting better, and Delmont had his own ideas. When he in bed at night, he told Eirwen, "Eirwen, I have something to discuss with you. You see, this piece of landfill of mine was actually left to me by my parents a s a foundation to build a house. I have never had the money, so I never built it. I was thinking, I have a little savings now, and you have also saved some money from making and sewing clothes for others these couple of years. How about we build a factory here together to manufacture clothes? You have the skill, and I also am not a lazy person, so I can be the salesperson. What do you think?"

Eirwen agreed right there and then. Her husband wanted to start a business, so as his wife, of course she had to support him. Not only would she support him, but she would even be of great use. She was very well versed in clothing. She thought to herself that if they started a clothing manufacturing business, they would certainly make a profit. What Eirwen had thought was not wrong. After the clothing factory was built, the clothing business was booming at that time when it was almost thirty years ago, so almost anybody who was in the line of business became rich. Eirwen and Delmont were no exception. However, what Eirwen did not expect was that when their business had just taken off and they had just earned their first one million dollars, Delmont became unfaithful to her.

Delmont had been going out to get sales for years. He had met more people and seen more things than Eirwen. Delmont went behind Eirwen's back and pursued a design director from a large-scale fashion company. She was a young and capable girl with ideas. The girl was very smart and she also valued Delmont's capabilities. When she was together with Delmont, she did not ask anything of him. Not only that, but she even took out a loan of two million dollars and gave it to Delmont. She wanted to start a brand of their own together with Delmont. However, the girl also had a request, which was to have Delmont divorce Eirwen as soon as possible because she would never be a mistress.

Delmont liked that stylist and independent girl with a n imposing aura very much to begin with, and that girl had done too much for him, so of course, Delmont was beyond moved. He went home that night and immediately asked Eirwen for a divorce.

"What? I absolutely will not get a divorce!" Eirwen took a knife and threatened Delmont, bawling.
