"She is actually a very honest and straightforward person. She is just a silly girl.'
Ruth laughed.
Isadora was laughing and that was a rare sight for Jane. Jane was carrying Ricky while Sabrina was carrying Louie. Both of them looked at each other and smiled.
Right at that moment, another little child came running out of the car. The little child, Aino, was carrying a huge unicorn in her arms, and she was puffing hard from tiredness. "Gosh, I said I won't carry this unicorn, but my mom insisted on me carrying it. Please! I am already a big girl going to first grade, alright? I don't want to play with this unicorn anymore!"
The unicorn that Aino was carrying was as tall as her. Therefore, when she walked while carrying it, she could not see what was in front of her and she also did not see Ruth and Isadora.
"Aino, since you don't like this unicorn toy anymore, then why are you still carrying it?" Jane asked Aino with a mocking tone.
Aino sighed. "It's all for the sake of my brother. He likes to smile whenever he sees this unicorn and he would be extremely happy, so I carried it over."
Sabrina looked at Jane. "This girl is simply crazily doting sister to her brother. Just because Louie would smile whenever he sees this unicorn, she insisted on carrying this unicorn here. She truly can't be saved anymore."
Just as Sabrina finished her words, Louie, who was in Sabrina's arms, struggled to get down, and he was mumbling, "Aino, Aino..."
Louie, who was nine months old, already was able to utter simple syllables. When he heard Louie call for Aino, the ten-month-old Rickly also called out, "Aino, Aino..."
Both the nine-month-old and the ten-month-old children just kept calling for Aino one after another. Both of them wanted to break free from their mother's embrace and go find Aino. Seeing such a situation, Yvonne and Ruth, including Isadora could not help but shrug their shoulders and smile helplessly. There were clear expressions of happiness and envy in their smiles.
"Let's not stand outside the yard anymore. Let's first head inside and talk there. It's windy out here and the children can't stand the wind," said Jane.
