The man in the photo clearly was the drunk who had created a commotion on the first floor of the hotel earlier on. He looked really young. It was not even too much to say that he was thirty-five years old. Such a man would be going after Gloria? Sebastian felt a little unhappy.
After he had looked through the photos, he sent them to Sabrina, and Sabrina was shocked. She also had never expected that the man who was courting her mother was actually that young.
Sabrina was working in her office. There was a huge pile of design drafts on her plate that needed her to approve and sign. She wholeheartedly wanted to go and see her mother as she was afraid her mother was scammed, but because of her work, she was unable to leave.
While she was swamped with work, Sabrina thought of an old friend. Ruth had been in Kidon City during that period. She had said that she wanted to come to South City, but she never managed to because of her children. However, that did not stop Sabrina from giving a call to Ruth to ask her. Once the call was connected, before Sabrina could say anything, Ruth, on the other end, said very excitedly, "Sabrina, guess where am I?"
Sabrina smiled. "Don't tell me that you're in South City now."
"That's right!" Ruth said in excitement.
"Really?" Sabrina asked.
"Of course!” "Did you bring your children with you? You're already in South City?" Sabrina asked in disbelief.
"That's right! Also, I brought both my three-year-old children to South City all by myself," Ruth said proudly.
She was traveling with two children all on her own? Sabrina could not help but feel worried. She knew what kind of person Ruth was the best. Ruth was careless, simple-minded, and straightforward. Could she take care of two toddlers all by herself?
