Sabrina was completely befuddled. It was very obvious the voice on the other end of the call was not Yvonne's. Also, it was a cold and emotionless male voice.
"May I know who you are?’
"Are you the patient's family?" That voice on the other end was still ice-cold.
Sabrina was stunned. "What did you say? Patient? Who is sick? Is it the owner of this phone?"
The voice on the other end of the call went from cold to stern. "What exactly are you? If you are the patient's family or friend, please let me know. We are currently looking for the patient's family! If you're neither, please hang up the phone immediately. Don't interfere with our work.
"I am, I am, I am!" Sabrina said continuously. "I am the patient's sister. Please tell me what sickness the patient is suffering from? Where is she? I'll come over right now." Sabrina's voice was already shaking.
The person on the other end sighed. "This is the small city in the southern area near Zoshington. She has been knocked over by a car, but it's not life-threatening. If you are her family, please come over immediately!"
"Alright! Alright! I'll be right over. Let's keep in touch! Don't switch off the phone. Don't call anyone else as well. Three out later, I'll arrive in your city!" said Sabrina in a hurry.
After she hung up the call, she immediately got in her car, started the engine, and went straight to the airport. It only occurred to her after she drove past a few junctions that it would already take her a few hours to purchase the ticket at the airport, get through security, and wait for her flight at the gate. After that, she immediately turned the car around and went to the train station. Even if she could only get a ticket with underserved seating, it would only take her three hours to arrive.
When she was on the way to the train station, she had been using Bluetooth to leave messages for Ruth and Sebastian.
