Eevonne sighed in relief. "You've scared me to death, Kingston. I thought it was for something else. It's fine. Whichever city you're heading to look for your cousin, I’ll go to that city to be a delivery person. I still owe you fifty thousand dollars. If I don’t follow you, there’s no telling when we will be meeting next. I...I truly don't have any other things that I can give you as collateral. If you don't let me follow you, aren't you afraid that L. run away? That's fifty thousand dollars!"
Eevonne was thinking who in this world would let her owe them fifty thousand dollars and not chase after her for repayment and was even willing to let her go? Would he not be afraid that she would run away without leaving a single trace and not meet him again in this life?
Kingston brushed Eevonne's nose. "Silly girl. You've worked in the city for more than ten years and you've been through all sorts of things, but how are you still so silly?"
Eevonne truly smiled in a silly manner. " Wh-What's the matter, Kingston?"
"I've even been to your house. I know where you stay. Your parents, as well as your brother, are staying there as well.
Where can you run off to? " Kingston asked while smiling.
"That's true. I didn’t even think of that." Eevonne suddenly laughed happily. "This way, I can go to the city I want and settle down there. I can then find a stable job there and then deliver food at night, can’t I?
Kingston smiled. "Of course!"
There was a pause before he asked, "Do you ...want to go to South City?"
Eevonne answered without hesitation. "Of course! However, South City is more than a thousand kilometers away from here, and it's also the biggest city in the country. There are plenty of talents there. What can a person like me, who didn't even graduate from middle school, do if I were to go to South City? Besides, I don't even know anybody there in South City. If I were to go there, I might need a very, very long time to get used to the palace. Well, I still have a buttload of debt now, it's better for me to not go. When I've cleared my debt, I will certainly go to South City. That's the biggest city in the entire country and its' the fashion capital of the world. I definitely have to go and have a look. But I'll first go to the provincial capital right now, Kingston. I will stay in the provincial capital for the next three years and I won’t move elsewhere."
