Still Wanna Escape After Stealing My Heart? novel Chapter 366

"Can you drive?" Sebastian, who was sitting in the car, asked her.

Sabrina was confused by the sudden question but answered anyway. "No."

Meanwhile, Kingston, who had overheard them, added, "Madam, in this day and age, when everyone owns a driving license, how come you can't drive?"

Just this morning, Kingston had been worried to death that his Master Sebastian would fire him. Yet now, just a few hours later, he went back to acting all chummy with Sabrina. Even Kingston himself didn’t realize how ballsy he had gotten recently.

Still, his question made Sabrina pause for a moment.

As she sat in the car without saying a word, her eyes betrayed a look of desolation.

If any other newcomer had been faced with the same issues that Sabrina encountered at the company, they would definitely have quit at the first second.

Not Sabrina.

Ever since she turned twelve and spent her days being bullied and spat on in the Lynn family, Sabrina learned how to be resilient. If she ran away every time she faced a problem there, losing her chance at getting a good education would be the least of her

worries.

She might have even starved to death.

Thus, as fulfilling her basic necessities had always been her main concern, she didn’t have time to dream about anything else, much less owning a car one day.

So naturally, she never thought of getting her license.

All she remembered was that Selene had already owned her first car even before they both turned 18. 0 n top of that, it was a sports car that was worth more than a million dollars. Back then, since Selene hadn't been old enough to get her license yet, she could only drive it on an abandoned road near their house to experience the thrill of driving.

Then one weekend, when Sabrina had no choice but t o return to the Lynn family to get some pocket money, she saw Selene driving her new sports car. However, she was a very bad driver, and was twisting and turning the steering wheel erratically. As the car started to skid and slide around on the road, she yelled at Sabrina, "Sabrina Scott! Are you blind! You can clearly see me driving here, and yet you purposely stand in the way!"

When she heard that, Sabrina quickly rushed to get off the road, but Selene, who was unable to control her car, started to accelerate in her direction.
