"Sabrina, could we talk? If you didn't want to be in the company and were afraid of being seen, then let’s go out. We could find a cafe to have a sit. Could we?” Nigel asked eagerly.
Sabrina nodded.
When she and Nigel got out of the main entrance together, Sabrina subconsciously glanced in the direction where Sebastian's car was usually parked. Coincidentally, she did not notice Sebastian's car, and she thought Sebastian was not here yet. Hence, she went to the cafe across the street with Nigel.
"Ten minutes. I only had ten minutes.” Sabrina did not want to make Sebastian wait for her. She also did not want Sebastian to know that she was with Nigel.
It would not matter to her if he had found out, but she did not wish to cause any trouble for Nigel either.
"Alright, just ten minutes," said Nigel.
The two of them ordered two glasses of water and sat down, then they both spoke simultaneously.
"Sabrina, just leave Sebastian.”
"Do you have news about my brother?"
Nigel was speechless.
Sabrina was also speechless.
After a brief pause, Nigel asked in a slightly disheartened manner, "Did you want to know about Zayn that badly? Was he that important to you?”
Sabrina nodded without hesitation. "Of course, the status of my brother, Aino and my late mother was the same in my heart. He was my family. Nigel, you once said that you would help me inquire about my brother's news. What have you found out?"
Nigel shook his head apologetically, "I'm sorry, Sabrina. I was about to start inquiring on this matter, and then the Old Master Shaw fell ill. You also knew about my relationship with Mindy. On top of that, Old Master Shaw was my mother's uncle. It was because o f these two reasons that I had been with Mindy at Kidon City recently, so I haven't had the time to help you inquire."
"Oh yes, Selene was also in Kidon City."
"Oh..." Sabrina had expected that.
Selene had not been causing her trouble recently.
