Still Wanna Escape After Stealing My Heart? novel Chapter 491

She rolled her eyes disdainfully at the group of naive ladies in front of her, "No one plays games like these anymore. Do you really think that you're suddenly part of the upper class now just because you're worth tens o f millions and own a few pieces of property? You should take another look at the mirror."

The rich ladies were at a loss for words.

Emma continued, "A group of country bumpkins like you, playing your stupid games. You even rented the biggest room at this hotel which is owned by my family. We only charged you 600,000 for all that, so did that make you think you were at some cheap motel?!"

Carol's mom was the first to respond. After all, the Long family owned hundreds of millions worth of properties in South City. She immediately tried to smile apologetically, "Uhm...Miss Poole, thank you for your advice, I think we...we've learned our lesson."

“Learned? What have you learned?" Emma laughed coldly and shot a question back at her. "Don't you know that the woman who just left is a gold-digger who seduces wealthy men on purpose? Do you know what a cunning and immoral person she is? Yet all of you still associate yourselves with her. Aren’t you afraid that she'll seduce your husbands and make you spend the rest of your lives alone and miserable?"

Carol's mother asked nervously, "She...would she really do that?"

Emma raised her eyebrows at her. "That's not even half of it. She’ll target the husbands of whoever she hates! And she never fails."

Upon hearing that, Carol’s mother felt extremely shocked, while Emma continued to relish her dazed expression.

Satisfied, Emma waved her hand at the ladies." Alright, that's enough. You foolish women better leave my hotel as soon as possible. Just the sight of you people gives me a headache! Leave, now!"

The group of women who usually acted so arrogantly now bowed their heads without saying a word before slipping out of the room as fast as they could, like sewer rats.

However, Carol’s mother kept her chin up.

In the corner of her eyes, she saw Sabrina's clutch bag sitting in the room. She remembered the scene when Sabrina had just walked into the room, the roughly-made bag in her hands. Surprisingly, it looked particularly good against her neat, clean-cut clothes.

Well, she wasn't coming back here again.

It's not a valuable bag anyway.

There must be tons of bags like these for sale.
