Seeing Lincoln frozen in place, Jade, who still had mud and blood lodged between her lips, felt surprised as well.
What was written in the letter? She really wanted to know.
Although she herself had been cheating on Lincoln with another man behind his back, Jade would never allow Lincoln to be unfaithful to her.
"Lincoln, tell me what's in the letter!" Jade shouted at him impatiently.
However, Lincoln could only stare at her blankly.
After looking at it for one last time, Sabrina took out a lighter she had prepared in advance and lit the letter o n fire, destroying it on the spot.
As she held the burning letter, Sabrina kept her eyes o n Jade with a smile on her face.
This seemed to make Jade grow even more anxious. " Lincoln! What did Sabrina's mother write to you about!"
Lincoln replied angrily, "Nothing! Nothing at all!"
"Lincoln! Are you taking me for a fool!" Jade threw a tantrum.
Lincoln glared at Jade with a furious expression.
Foolish woman, just who do you think you're talking t o!"
"Yes, I’m reprimanding you now! What did that woman write to you about? Why won’t you tell me what’s going on between the two of you? Tell me!" In her anger, Jade forgot to spit out the blood and dirt that had slipped into her mouth. She walked towards her husband with gritted teeth and started pushing him away.
When she saw this, Sabrina quietly took a step back and decided to watch the couple quarrel.
There had indeed been nothing on the letter.
It was just a blank piece of paper, nothing more.
It didn't even have a single word written on it.
