Yet, in those six years, Nigel had not shown Mindy any affection at all.
Though he was someone who spent his nights with piles of women, he had never so much as laid a finger on Mindy. She thought that it was only because he had seen too many beauties outside, and had been through all sorts of experiences with them.
However, Mindy had thought of it as a good thing. After all, she believed that if Nigel wasn't interested in her, he definitely won't be interested in any other women either.
As such, when she saw Nigel acting so passionate toward Sabrina, Mindy suddenly went crazy.
She lunged at Sabrina, aiming her sharp nails at Sabrina’s face. "You despicable b*tch! I swear that I’ll disfigure your face today! How dare you seduce my husband?! I'll be sure to skin you alive today!” 1
Mindy threw aside any regard for her reputation and image.
At that moment, her well manicured nails had almost reached Sabrina's face.
However, Nigel saw Mindy attacking and quickly sent her flying with a kick.
"Ow..." Mindy curled up on the floor after being kicked
so mercilessly, and began to cry out in agony.
Nigel glared at her, admonishing without remorse," Vile woman! There truly aren't many who are as sick a s you in this world! What right do you have to compare yourself to Sabrina?! 1
"Mindy Mann!
"Since you clearly don’t care about your dignity, I won't pay any mind to it either.
"Everyone here, listen well. My engagement with Mindy is fake. Even though my family's power is indeed in decline, I've never planned on actually marrying this woman!
"It was you who had knelt down in front of me, begging to give you the Conor name. You even said that we didn't have to make our marriage official or rely on each other, as long as the whole world believed that you were my wife!
"We reached an agreement, and have even signed a contract in private.
"Yet, here you are, trying to cause trouble for Sabrina!
"Let me ask you once again, Mindy, who are you to m e? What right do you have?!"
As Nigel berated his fiance, those in the hall started to murmur among themselves.
The journalists made the most noise out of all of them. They couldn't contain their excitement at the thought of how much huge profit they were going to make.
